Hitohira Aogami Super Migaki Hammered Santoku 170mm Cherrywood Handle

Classic drop-forged kurouchi style knives from one of Tosa’s most established workshops, this collection utilise high performance Aogami super steel stainless-clad for easy maintenance. The rustic forged blade and Kurouchi finish of this series is easy to maintain and looks good even after heavy use. These knives have octagonal cherry wood handles with ebony wood ferrules.
